Butcher's broom helps to flush lymphatic fluid in the legs and feet. It also helps to reduce water retention and is a mild diuretic. The high iron content is useful for anemia. The magnesium helps to prevent leg cramps. Flavoniods in butcher's broom help to strengthen blood vessels and prevent varicose veins.
