Vitamin E Nicotinate

Vitamin E nicotinate (Alpha-tocopheryl nicotinate) is a synthetic ester formed from d1-alpha-tocopherol and nicotinic acid. Vitamin E nicotinate, a combination of vitamin E and nicotinic acid, one of the B vitamins, stimulates the micro-circulation in the skin of the lips and increases blood flow.

Vitamin E nicotinate can promote microcirculation and increase peripheral blood flow. It is used in treatment of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and peripheral circulatory disturbances, particularly with regard to symptoms like feeling of dizziness, headache, arteriosclerosis obliterans, retinitis etc. Alpha-tocopheryl succinate (alpha-TS) is the most effective form of vitamin E in comparison to alpha-tocopherol, alpha-tocopheryl acetate and alpha-tocopheryl nicotinate in inducing differentiation, inhibition of proliferation and apoptosis in cancer cells, depending upon its concentration.
